About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert (Bellman) creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests. Working on the front‑of‑house, you will guide visitors through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage, check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Provide local area information and respond to guest requests.
• Process operational tasks, complete reports and maintain service standards.
• Move, lift and transport items up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or licensing needed.
