In-House Physician

About the role

Aman Hospital is looking for an experienced In‑House Physician to join its medical team in Qatar. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality inpatient care and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality inpatient medical care.
• Manage and monitor patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
• Participate in continuous quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of clinical experience.
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid NOC.
• Eligible for Qatar licensing (DHP/MOPH) under the specified specialties.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.
