About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Villa Host to deliver exceptional, personalized service to our guests at Banana Island Resort Doha. In this role you will ensure every guest experience exceeds expectations through attentive, proactive hospitality in a luxury, alcohol‑free environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service, anticipating guest needs.
• Take ownership of assigned villas, supervising and directing staff to maintain impeccable cleanliness and upkeep.
• Assist guests with any requests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
• Uphold the resort’s high professional standards and contribute to overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Butler or Villa Host.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a proactive and resourceful attitude.
• Ability to work independently and make strong decisions.
