Full Stack Engineer with AI Experience

About the role

We are looking for a senior Full Stack Engineer with strong AI experience to provide L2 technical support and drive integration of AI solutions across the enterprise. The role combines hands‑on development, vendor coordination and production troubleshooting in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for AI applications such as chatbots, assistants and automation tools.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to implement and integrate AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to LLM APIs, data pipelines and application performance.
• Customize and configure vendor‑delivered AI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Build integrations between AI applications and enterprise systems.
• Review and validate code and solutions delivered by third‑party agencies.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and monitor application performance.
• Handle API configuration, authentication and access management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven experience providing L2 support for production applications.
• Strong track record of working with external vendors and technical teams.
• Ability to review, validate and improve third‑party code.
