About the role

The Lifestyle Bartender at The St. Regis Residence creates memorable, unique beverage experiences for guests. Beyond mixing drinks, the role involves anticipating guest needs, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining a flawless bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, staying current with trends and micro‑local offerings.
• Engage with guests as a host, building relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and fulfill their needs.
• Maintain the bar’s appearance, functionality, and cleanliness at all times.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 lb, and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant bartending or beverage service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest service.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and current beverage trends.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
