About the role
Candidzone is seeking a Recruitment Officer to lead bulk recruitment for construction site and office positions in Lusail, Qatar. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer issuance and onboarding. Candidates must already reside in Qatar with a valid QID and be ready to start immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end bulk recruitment for construction and office roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters and oversee the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, confidential records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, PRO, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of bulk or mass recruitment experience in the construction sector.
- Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and available to join immediately.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to work with hiring managers and cross‑functional HR teams.
