SAP Service Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP AMS Service Delivery Manager to lead offshore and multi‑tower SAP managed services. The role is based onsite in Qatar and requires immediate or short‑notice availability.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day onshore and offshore service delivery across all SAP towers and act as single offshore point of accountability to the client’s DBS governance.
• Manage the offshore pad’s structure, shift coverage and backup (primary/secondary) model.
• Track and report SLA/KPI performance; produce weekly/monthly service reports and lead service review governance.
• Drive incident triage quality, RCA closure for Sev1/Sev2 and problem management.
• Manage ticket demand vs. capacity, resource ramp‑up/ramp‑down and cross‑skilling.
• Govern the minor‑enhancement demand pipeline and allocation.
• Own knowledge management, transition/KT completion and continuous service improvement and automation targets.

Required profile

• 10+ years SAP AMS experience.
• 5+ years managing offshore / multi‑tower SAP teams.
