About the role

Join the Spa & Beauty team at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel by Tivoli, delivering professional spa and beauty treatments to guests. You will ensure a relaxing, safe, and memorable experience while upholding the high standards of a luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa and beauty treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and other qualified services.
• Conduct guest consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Prepare and keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
• Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products while providing attentive, private service.
• Report maintenance, product shortages, or equipment issues promptly and support reception during busy periods.

Required profile

• Recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Spa or Beauty Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Professional appearance, strong guest‑service orientation, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of various massage techniques.
• Proficiency in facial treatments and other beauty services.
