About the role
Join Hilton’s Spa and Fitness team as a Spa Receptionist and be the first point of contact for guests seeking wellness experiences. You will ensure smooth operations, uphold high hospitality standards, and create memorable moments for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑desk duties, answer phones, and coordinate appointments for massages, treatments, classes, and personal training.
- Welcome guests, explain spa policies, obtain liability waivers, and supervise morning setup and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa and fitness areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Oversee the retail outlet, assist guests with product inquiries, and process sales accurately using the POS system.
- Conduct inventory counts, handle stock replenishment, and support ordering of supplies.
- Monitor facility throughout the day, report incidents, and ensure safety standards are met.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Inventory management and stock control.
- Cash handling and basic financial reporting.
