Watch Technician and Sales Executive

About the role

Al-Futtaim Retail is hiring a Watch Technician and Sales Executive for its Asia Town Mall store in Doha. The person is responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality after-sales service, interacting directly with customers and coordinating with merchandising, supply chain and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Sales: attend to customers, explain the benefits and features of watches at given prices, and help achieve sales targets.
• Maintain daily sales registers and arrange procurement of watches from main stock when needed.
• Technical: assist the senior technician in ordering spare parts, attend to customer complaints, issue estimates and repair products, and prepare daily service reports and job cards.
• Order placement in the principal's service websites and inform management of product quality issues so they can take remedial action.
• Showroom management: keep the display attractive and well maintained, and make sure the showroom leaves a lasting impression on customers.

Required profile

• Degree education preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing quartz and automatic watches, combined with a retail background.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, reliable and confident with a pleasing personality.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is preferable.
