Wealth Technology Engineering & Integration Consultant – Senior Consultant/Manager

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a senior consultant/manager to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end technology solutions for wealth management platforms. You will shape architecture across core banking, digital channels, CRM and analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own and govern technical solution architecture for wealth core platforms, mobile, CRM and analytics.
• Lead architecture decisions on microservices, APIs, event‑driven patterns and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) with emphasis on security, performance and scalability.
• Develop and execute integration strategy across core banking, market data, payments, reporting and downstream applications.
• Establish API standards, integration patterns and data‑flow designs to ensure seamless, secure connectivity.
• Oversee engineering teams and third‑party vendors through design, build, test and release, embedding CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Act as technical design authority, ensuring compliance with non‑functional requirements such as availability, latency and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with techno‑functional experts, data science, AI and integration teams to adapt architecture to evolving business and regulatory needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wealth or banking technology architecture at a senior level.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor engineering teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of security, scalability and resilience requirements in financial services.
