Barback – Luxury Hotel Bar

About the role

The Barback supports the Food & Beverage team at the world‑largest Nobu restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel Doha, ensuring bartenders have everything they need to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain bar stock by replenishing ice, glassware, garnishes, mixers and beverages.
• Support bartenders in bar preparation and during peak service hours.
• Keep all bar areas clean, organized and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Assist with bar setup and closing duties, and occasionally clear tables or deliver drinks.
• Handle supplies and stock movement efficiently and safely.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional appearance.
• High attention to detail, efficiency and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule – able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is an asset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of bar stock handling and replenishment procedures.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a beverage service environment.
