About the role
Join the InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa team as a Bartender, preparing and serving drinks to high standards for guests in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, highlighting promotions to guests.
- Set up and stock the bar, manage inventory and ensure all equipment functions properly.
- Maintain a clean, tidy bar area and secure all alcohol supplies.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Required profile
- Knowledge of drink preparation, preferably with formal bartending training.
- Flexibility to work long nights and weekends.
- Good physical fitness to support bar operations.
- Strong communication skills with a warm, guest‑focused attitude.
