About the role
The Bell Attendant welcomes every guest arriving at the resort and ensures a warm farewell on departure. Acting as a front‑line ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing information and assistance throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Manage lobby traffic and coordinate guest arrivals and departures.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby environment.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
- Positive learning attitude and flexibility.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good level of English.
