About the role

The Bell Attendant welcomes every guest arriving at the resort and ensures a warm farewell on departure. Acting as a front‑line ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing information and assistance throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage lobby traffic and coordinate guest arrivals and departures.
  • Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and general inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby environment.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
  • Positive learning attitude and flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good level of English.
