Butler – Arabic Speaking, Filipino Preferred (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking a highly professional, polished, and discreet Butler/Household Assistant to support a private principal in Qatar. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day household operations, coordinating travel, and ensuring the principal’s lifestyle is managed seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized support to the principal in all day‑to‑day matters.
• Manage household operations and ensure smooth running of the residence.
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and social engagements.
• Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, hotel bookings, transportation, and travel logistics.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, wardrobe organization, and travel preparation.
• Liaise with household staff, service providers, and external vendors.
• Handle personal errands, purchases, and special requests efficiently.
• Accompany the principal during travel when required.
• Welcome and assist guests while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all personal and household matters.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Butler, Personal Butler, Household Manager, Lifestyle Assistant, or Personal Assistant within a private household or VIP environment.
• Experience working in GCC countries, preferably Qatar.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Modern, well‑presented, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel with the principal as required.
• High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and integrity.
