About the role

The Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of corporate accounts. You will be responsible for driving revenue from the corporate segment while upholding the hotel’s luxury brand standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a proactive corporate sales strategy aligned with the hotel’s revenue and marketing plans.
  • Identify, target, and prospect new corporate accounts, securing new business and expanding existing relationships.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Revenue Management, F&B, and Operations, to ensure service standards and profitability.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, road‑shows, and client visits to promote the hotel.
  • Provide regular account reviews, forecasting, and performance reporting to senior management.
  • Work with the Marketing team to create targeted campaigns and sales collateral for the corporate segment.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or university degree.
  • 3–5 years of corporate sales experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging C‑level clients.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced luxury setting.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
