Cyber Security Specialist – IT & OT

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to lead and oversee GDI’s information security operations across IT and Operational Technology environments. The role ensures confidentiality, integrity and availability of corporate and industrial systems while aligning with ISO 27001 and ISA/IEC 62443 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate and continuously improve the corporate and OT network infrastructure, ensuring performance, resilience and security.
• Supervise network administration tasks for routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, wireless, VSAT and data‑center connectivity.
• Enforce network security controls such as segmentation, access control, monitoring, logging and secure communications.
• Lead vulnerability management, incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
• Maintain compliance with the ISMS (ISO 27001) and industrial cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443).
• Provide technical direction to network and security teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Secure OT and Industrial Automation & Control Systems (IACS) through network segmentation, secure remote access and continuous monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT security operations and network administration.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and ISA/IEC 62443 requirements.
• Ability to manage incident response, vulnerability remediation and compliance programmes.
