About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert helps create memorable food and beverage experiences by providing essential support across the operation, from setting tables to assisting the kitchen and maintaining clean work areas.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, replenish supplies, and maintain clean work areas.
- Assist kitchen staff and support food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; experience in a food and beverage environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
Required skills
- Ability to read and verify menu information.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects as described.
