Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, anticipate their needs and provide highly personalized spa services.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper stocking of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Promote spa services and products, upsell where appropriate and achieve sales targets.
• Handle guest inquiries, health checks and paperwork accurately and confidentially.
• Support smooth spa operations, including communication with associates, scheduling and reporting.

Required profile

• Professional appearance, positive attitude and ability to work discreetly with guests in a state of undress.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work without direct supervision.
• Commitment to Rosewood’s brand values, culture and wellness lifestyle.

Required skills

• Knowledge of spa treatments, products and hygiene standards.
• Ability to promote services, handle sales transactions and meet revenue targets.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a spa setting.
