Food and Beverage & Culinary Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Food and Beverage & Culinary Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the F&B and culinary teams within a hotel environment. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth operational communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to F&B and culinary leadership, including preparation of letters, presentations, agendas, minutes and reports.
• Maintain organized departmental records, files, calendars, contact lists and confidential documents.
• Coordinate departmental meetings, training sessions and appointments, and follow up on pending actions.
• Assist with menu preparation, promotional material distribution, and ensure accurate updates across systems.
• Support policy, SOP and manual maintenance, as well as duty rosters, attendance and training records.
• Help track purchases, expenses, inventory and equipment, and prepare related reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a hotel F&B or culinary department.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
