About the role
The Guest Experience Expert is the front‑line ambassador who ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay at Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Doha. Working closely with the Rooms & Guest Services team, you will proactively address guest needs, provide local insights and support operational tasks throughout the property.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Process operational requests, complete daily reports and communicate local attractions to guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues in line with brand standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, follow company policies and protect confidential information.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards and effective communication at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior hospitality experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
