Hotel Sales Manager – Corporate & Leisure Accounts

About the role

The Hotel Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue and occupancy goals. This role focuses on attracting new corporate, government, leisure, airline and travel trade business while nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple market segments.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, travel agencies and corporate partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations and site inspections.
• Negotiate contracts, rates and agreements in line with the hotel’s revenue strategy.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office and Marketing to maximise opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events and sales missions.
• Manage corporate accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Produce monthly sales reports, forecasts and market analysis for management.
• Record all sales activities in the CRM system and address client concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Experience handling corporate, government, travel agency and group bookings.
• Familiarity with the local hospitality market and established industry contacts is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
