Integration Lead – Operational Digital Twin

About the role

Integration Lead to support end‑to‑end delivery of a large‑scale Geospatial Digital Twin programme for a major national infrastructure owner in the Middle East. The multi‑year initiative will design, build and operationalise a platform that integrates geospatial data, real‑time IoT/SCADA feeds, asset information and core enterprise systems to enable data‑driven planning, operations and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Solution Architect and Product Manager in defining and maintaining the integration architecture across discovery, proof‑of‑concept, implementation and post‑implementation phases.
• Lead the design and implementation of APIs, web services and integration components linking the Digital Twin platform with enterprise and operational systems such as EAM/CMMS, ERP, BIM, SCADA/IoT, Esri ArcGIS and data warehouses/lakes.
• Oversee the development of integrations and workflow automations involving Esri ArcGIS (Enterprise, Online, Pro), including publishing and consuming services, synchronising data and linking GIS with business systems.
• Coordinate with API programmers, GIS developers and other technical resources to implement, test and optimise interfaces, data flows and event‑driven integrations according to established patterns and standards.
• Work with cybersecurity specialists and infrastructure teams to ensure integrations and APIs are secure, resilient and meet performance, availability and scalability requirements.
• Prepare and maintain interface specifications, integration design documents and runbooks, and support system testing, defect resolution and post‑go‑live support activities.
