Leasing Officer

About the role

The Leasing Officer will oversee the complete leasing cycle, ensuring prospective tenants receive a seamless experience from inquiry to move‑in. This role supports occupancy goals by managing leads, conducting screenings, and coordinating documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease execution.
• Assist prospective tenants with property viewings, unit selection, applications, and onboarding.
• Conduct tenant screening, background checks, and financial verification.
• Prepare lease agreements, reservation forms, invoices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant handover and occupancy.
• Maintain accurate leasing records within Property Management Systems (PMS) and CRM platforms.
• Support occupancy targets through effective lead follow‑up and conversion activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to tenant inquiries.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real‑estate operations.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed‑use developments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of leasing procedures, tenant screening, and lease documentation.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
