About the role
We are a growing professional real estate organization delivering advisory and brokerage services to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. As a Real Estate Consultant you will work closely with clients to understand their goals, analyse market opportunities and recommend suitable property solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on buying, selling and leasing residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits across the city.
- Negotiate deals and manage contracts through to completion.
- Build and maintain a strong client network and pipeline.
- Stay up to date on market trends, pricing and new listings.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate.
- Own a personal vehicle for client site visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Real estate broker license preferred.
- Knowledge of the local property market preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
