About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Quality Coordinator to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our QHSSE Management System in Qatar. Reporting to the QHSSE Manager, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and ISO standards while fostering a strong safety culture across all operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate third‑party external audits.
- Implement customer‑related processes under ISO standards.
- Assist with quality reporting, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Develop, implement and maintain QHSSE policies, procedures and manuals.
- Deliver in‑house ISO training programmes.
- Support QHSSE campaigns and promote continuous improvement.
- Administer quality online systems (audits, reporting, document control, contractor management, customer surveys).
- Monitor adherence to ISO standards and support certification/recertification processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external quality representatives and related teams.
Required profile
- Degree‑level education (preferred) or equivalent graduate qualification.
- Relevant experience in a similar quality or QHSSE role.
- Completed Internal Auditors Course and other QHSSE‑related certifications.
- Strong organisational, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting and teamwork abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
