Senior Cyber Security Assessment Specialist

About the role

The Senior Cyber Security Assessment Specialist will be the subject‑matter expert responsible for assessing the bank’s security posture across architecture, applications, penetration testing, red‑team activities and vulnerability management. You will lead the design and delivery of security assessment processes, ensuring they align with evolving threats, attacker techniques and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve penetration testing, ethical hacking and red‑team programmes.
• Develop and integrate application security controls (SAST, DAST, RASP, IAST) into the SDLC.
• Conduct security architecture reviews and support risk‑management activities.
• Plan and execute regular internal and external vulnerability scanning.
• Evaluate existing security technologies, recommend vendor solutions and oversee deployment of security controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior team members.
