ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role supports digital workplace transformation by translating facility, HR, security and IT processes into automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow WSD modules such as Workplace Case, Reservations, Space Management and Visitor Management.
• Design workflows using Flow Designer, scripting, IntegrationHub and UI policies/actions.
• Maintain workplace data models, floor‑plan data and reservation systems while ensuring platform governance.
• Integrate IoT sensors, building systems, HR platforms, access‑control solutions and ITSM tools with ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to improve workplace visibility and employee experience.
• Stay current with new ServiceNow WSD and Employee Workflow features.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including 3‑5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow implementation or support.
• At least 2 years of exposure to ServiceNow WSD or Employee Workflows.
• Understanding of workplace operations such as reservations, space planning and facilities processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑WSD, CIS‑ESM) are a plus.
