People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

The People & Culture Coordinator supports the People & Culture Division at Mandarin Oriental, Doha, ensuring smooth administrative operations, accurate colleague records, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the role helps uphold the hotel’s values and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, confidential communication and reliable support to colleagues.
• Handle day‑to‑day personnel administration and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain positive relationships with all staff members.
• Deliver courteous and professional service at all times.
• Ensure colleagues understand and follow the hotel’s Rules & Regulations.
• Communicate and implement in‑house policies and procedures.
• Carry out People & Culture administration in line with hotel legal requirements.
• Assist the Director/Manager in the efficient operation of the People & Culture Division, adhering to the Operations Manual.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a 5‑star hotel environment (preferred).
• At least 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Vocational Diploma in Hospitality Operations or Human Resources, or a Degree/HND equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a calm demeanor.
