Talent Acquisition Recruiter – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team in Qatar for a six‑month fixed‑term assignment. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for an upcoming project, handling both high‑volume and specialised hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate high‑volume hiring and specialised resourcing for peripheral workforce and rapid‑scaling events.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain commercial awareness and align recruitment strategies with project budgets.
• Provide regular status updates and recruitment metrics to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum undergraduate education.
• At least 5 years of professional HR experience, including high‑volume and specialised recruitment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
• Locally available in Qatar and open to a fixed‑term contract.
• Bilingual ability is a plus; fluency in English is mandatory.
